Makin' Ramen by *Shira-chan You cannot help but to dance along with the characters, smooth flow of panels, simple yet effective composition and colouring. (

This was simple, but poignant. The colors are crisp and clean and I love that grin. The details on the pants are welcoming and drawn well. The only thing that bothered me was how the little girl's sippy cup magically switched hands in the last panel. Most won't notice this--I didn't until my third read-through. However, this sparked me to scrutinize each panel to make sure the spoon/spatula didn't supernaturally jump to the other hand as well.
It would be great to see this fixed because it's such a shame for a minor error to go untended, marring such a lighthearted and quirky piece!
This comic really made me giggle. I love the art style, it looks a bit different from what you see everyday; like a mix of anime and cartoon, though it's kind of leaning towards cartoon the most. Also, the big red pants are lovely, i'm jealous! Plus you kept detail on them in every panel, along with the poses, facial expressions, backrounds, and coloring. Plus, the overral feel that the art gives you really brightens your day, in my opinion. --Great job! (And excuse me if rating everything for all 5 stars is cheesy, but I wouldn't want to lie, now would I?)
Was there music involved or was this just a life-loving spontaneous dance moment? Perfectly captured, regardless. I found your dA through extra credits; your mastery of the comic style is wonderful, with this being a great example.
Oops I goofed. He was highlighting your also excellent "The Ketchup Conundrum" --an old post from April 14 2011--but I found "Making' Ramen" when I followed the link. Sorry for the confusion!
